Stablecoins are deployed across approved lending and DeFi protocols across blockchains. Whales deposit in USDC on Base. Decentralized exchanges (DEX’s) and cross-chain bridges are used to access the best rates across approved venues. The pool strategy diversifies risk by deploying across venues and setting limits on higher risk tokens and yield sources.

Smart Contract risk
Issues with lending protocol smart contracts could lead to loss of funds
Swapping / Bridging Risk
Issues with slippage, fees, or bridges could lead to increased fees or loss of funds.
Mitigation
These risks are mitigated by the pool members reviewing and agreeing on what stablecoin markets, protocols, and bridges to use. Only fully-audited protocols are eligible. Pool managers will not swap or bridge unless yield can compensate for fees.

Deposits will be pending for 1 hour before being approved or refunded
